The Agricultural Technology department exists to train students on the use of technology in crop production, animal production, and aquaculture, with the aim of increasing yield, efficiency, and profitability.The primary goal of the programmes in the department is to produce agricultural technicians who are adequately and technically equipped with in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of agricultural technology and are capable of managing large-scale farm enterprises. Mr. Adeyemi is a Senior Lecturer and he heads the Agricultural Technology Department of the college. He specializes in the fields of agronomy, plant nutrition, cropping systems, agrobiodiversity conservation,agrifood systems, and environmental science. Mr. Adeyemi is a knowledge enthusiast and has received training in Nigeria and abroad. He has published over 40 research papers and belongs to several academic societies locally and internationally.
